Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and theory-based repairs
Conduct service and maintenance on skid steers, excavators, and other heavy equipment
Handle a full range of repairs, from preventative maintenance to major system overhauls
Support team operations in a smaller but well-staffed shop environment

Qualification

Diesel engine repairElectrical troubleshootingHydraulic systemsHeavy equipment experienceDiagnostic skills

Required

5–10 years' experience in heavy equipment or diesel service (skid steers, excavators, etc.)
Proven diagnostics, electrical, and theory expertise
Ability to complete all types of repairs independently
Heavy equipment background preferred, but strong truck shop diagnostics experience will be considered

Preferred

Familiarity with hydraulics is a plus, but not required
