Responsibilities

Engage with customers early in the sales cycle to understand business priorities and strategic objectives

Develop value-based business cases, quantifying ROI, TCO savings, and efficiency gains from SAP Fioneer solutions

Collaborate with pre-sales and solution consultants to link business value to solution design and capabilities

Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations that clearly articulate the commercial and operational benefits of proposed solutions

Support RFI/RFP responses with value-focused inputs and cost-benefit analysis

Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to prioritise requirements and align on measurable outcomes

Track and report realised value post-implementation for customer success stories
