The technician will diagnose garage door issues, build and present repair quotes, and manage customer communications.

Responsibilities
Repair and/or install various types of garage doors and openers
Choose the best solutions for each application as it pertains to safety, functionality, and performance
The Repair Technician will also troubleshoot, repair, and perform periodic maintenance on new and existing equipment
Manage the truck, its inventory as well as their schedule and client communications
Utilize Service Titan software to share estimates, invoice customers, and follow up with prospects
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience repairing or installing residential garage doors and motors is required
Mechanical aptitude – knowledge and skill in using various hand and power tools
High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience that would provide the skills and abilities necessary to complete the job
Preferred
Sales and customer service experience is highly preferred
