The role involves servicing, assembling, and installing hydraulic and industrial hoses for a diverse customer base, requiring strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
Carry out service calls in the local area, both indoor and outdoor environments
Identify and remove faulty hoses and/ or hose assemblies, install the new replacement to service the needs of a diverse customer base
Develop relationships with new and existing customers
Maintain van and equipment
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues on site when possible
Participate in the rotating On-Call schedule (with increased incentive pay)
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Mechanically Inclined, experience wrenching on vehicles or heavy equipment a plus
Good Communication Skills
Positive Attitude
Self-Motivated
