Responsibilities
Identify and determine parts required for repair
Maintain work area appearance and safety
Identify warranty repairs and document on repair order
Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test instruments
Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualification
Required
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
Duties include repair and service of mowers, chain saws, blowers, and trimmers along with assisting in all areas of customer service, sales, inventory, stocking product
Excellent product knowledge is required
Teamwork is also a requirement
High school graduate or GED
Willing to work Saturdays
Preferred
Stihl product knowledge and repair experience are a plus- Willing to get certified in Stihl repair
