New Grad, Entry LevelServiceMaster Cleaning and Restoration by Roome is looking for experienced and entry-level restoration team members to provide emergency restoration and disaster recovery services. The role involves onsite cleaning of structures and contents affected by fire and odor losses, as well as customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities
Performs onsite cleaning of structure and contents due to fire and odor losses
Performs inventory of contents for replacement as well as detailed inventory of contents being removed from the property and track through the cleaning process and pack back
Onsite pack downs/manipulation for larger water losses
Sets up and monitor of odor control devices and deodorization machines
Work with phone/tablet applications to document progress jobs to include notes, pictures, and contents tracking
Must be able to inspect attics and crawlspaces
Qualification
Required
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good customer service skills
Can read and follow product label usage instructions
Reports to work on time in a clean, complete uniform, and a positive attitude
Move up to 70 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Lifting, squatting, crawling and crouching is required
Work with phone/tablet applications to document progress jobs to include notes, pictures, and contents tracking
Must be able to inspect attics and crawlspaces
For safety reasons, respirators, which are used in certain situations, must be able to seal to your face
Able to work inside or outside during all weather conditions
For insurance reasons applicants must be over 21 years of age
Have a clean driving record
Able to pass drug screening
