Responsibilities
Test, troubleshoot, and configure all types of POS equipment
Perform extended testing for all units
Test computers and related parts using diagnostic software
Disassemble and reassemble various pieces of equipment
Soldering skills are a plus
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED Equivalent required
Basic computer skills necessary, must be familiar with personal computers and basic office software
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics is desired
Must possess good organizational and logical troubleshooting skills
Must be highly motivated and show aptitude for learning
Professional demeanor with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, but casual/fun business environment
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred
Soldering skills are a plus
Strong preference for local candidates, within 15 miles of our Wauconda, IL office
