Responsibilities
Fix, repair, replace, refurbish and restore while on the job
Perform daily apartment maintenance and emergency repairs
Assist in unit turnovers
Carry out asset preservation objectives of ownership
Travel to multiple sites within a defined region
Qualification
Required
Hands on maintenance experience in a residential, commercial, or industrial facility environment
Ability to communicate and interact very well with team members and residents
Ability to meet deadlines consistently
Basic knowledge of computers, namely Microsoft Outlook
Willingness and ability to travel to other communities within a defined region
Up to date California Driver's License and car insurance
Pride in work product
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred
Previous maintenance experience
College degree
