They are seeking a SUE Technician I to operate field equipment safely, assist with maintenance, and follow safety parameters while working outdoors in various terrains.

Responsibilities
Develop and utilize your learned skills by safe operation of SUE field equipment: ground penetrating radar, electromagnetic designating equipment, sewer camera, probe rod, jackhammer, chop saw, pneumatic tampers, vacuum excavation equipment, and other geophysical means
Exercise extreme caution near or around any utility facility and follow all job site safety parameters
Assist with maintenance of vehicles, equipment, and work sites
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
May perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School/GED or equivalent preferred
Ability to walk outdoors for long periods of time through all kinds of terrain, including urban, suburban, and rural locations, and working under adverse conditions (heat, cold, hills, swamps, wildlife & insects, high traffic areas)
Able to lift 50 pounds, carry, and operate equipment as needed on the project
Available to travel daily; overnight travel may be required
Work unsupervised when required
Experience is welcomed, willing to train
Background & motor vehicle checks, and pre-employment drug screening are conditions of employment
Preferred
Industry-related or vo-tech school training is a plus
Survey experience is a plus
Current Commercial Driver's License is a plus
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
