Nucleus Security is seeking an Implementation Engineer in the EMEA region to join their Customer Success organization that supports customer onboarding and implementation projects. This role is responsible for deploying vulnerability management solutions and managing customer stakeholders to drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the sales team to conduct smooth transitions from pre- to post-sale phase

Plan and coordinate onboarding projects for new customers, meeting customer business requirements and driving user adoption

Manage short term customer engagements to unblock their technical use cases

Develop and maintain parsers and other scripts/tools to resolve customer’s unique challenges

Collaborate with the product team to prioritize and productize solutions to impactful issues

Build strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support

Strive to improve process efficiency and team performance by continuously identifying areas to enhance our post-sales motion

Understand how integrations work end to end to be able to clearly articulate complex problems and solutions to less technical stakeholders

Design vuln management solution architecture for different asset classes and environment sizes

Manage containerization and modern cloud infrastructure
