They are seeking an experienced HVAC Commercial & Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems in clients' homes and businesses.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, perform diagnosis, repair/replace heating and cooling systems, plumbing repairs, as well as complete assigned preventive maintenance

Provide full scope of mechanical service work, including installing, servicing, trouble-shooting and repairing HVAC systems, residential plumbing and basic knowledge of electrical systems

Service and retrofit/replacement of Commercial HVAC Equipment

Required

Proficient with all aspects of HVAC systems including packaged rooftop units, gas furnaces, boilers, heat-pumps, cooling systems, humidification, and commercial associated controls

Must pass background check and drug screen

Capable of providing full scope of mechanical service work, including installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems

Experience with residential plumbing and basic knowledge of electrical systems

Service and retrofit/replacement of Commercial HVAC Equipment

Must possess current valid driver's license

Must have a diploma or GED

Reliable transportation

Own set of basic hand tools
