Entry, Mid LevelRAM Industrial, an ISS company, is looking for a mechanically inclined individual to perform industrial equipment repairs and troubleshooting. The role involves working on various electrical mechanical rotating equipment and requires the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Understand and follow all safety processes and procedures including the use of required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Read and understand job work orders to determine job status, work authorization/limitations, estimate, description of problems and/or work scope
Complete required documentation for each job accurately and on a timely basis
Have the capability to work alone, as crew member, or as crew leader; Ability to work well with others in a team effort
Ability to troubleshoot and repair AC and DC motors, generators, gear boxes, pumps, and numerous types of industrial equipment
Rigging of AC and DC motors, generators, gear reducers, gear boxes, pumps, and numerous types of industrial equipment of various weights and sizes
Maintain assigned truck and service equipment in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion
Perform special projects, including large and/or special shop jobs
Ability to understand, perform and retain various job-related training and operational and safety procedures
Ensure customer expectations are met and questions are addressed
Ability to travel and stay overnight on assignments
Perform all other duties or functions as assigned by the department manager
Qualification
Required
High School diploma, plus trade school, vocational/technical school, military, or on-the-job training and/or certifications
Preferred
Laser alignment and field balancing ability preferred, but not required
