Conduct commercial real estate (CRE) property cash flow and valuation, and loan credit analysis across all CRE property types
Experience with Conducting property, loan and transaction level credit analysis
Presenting analysis in credit committees, and to banks

Qualification

CRE debt underwritingCMBS securitizationCredit analysisLoan credit analysisPresentation skills

Required

Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of CRE debt underwriting or CMBS securitization experience
Credit / underwriting experience across multiple CRE property types
