Responsibilities
Learn to install and repair various types of garage doors under the supervision of experienced technicians
Engage with customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy
Leverage your sales experience to offer additional services or products that benefit our customers, contributing to your commission earnings
Install, repair, and maintain residential garage doors and openers (training provided)
Deliver outstanding customer service, educating customers about products and services
Identify and recommend additional products or services to enhance the customer’s experience
Maintain a clean, organized work area and professional appearance
Use problem-solving skills to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Qualification
Required
Must be comfortable with basic tools and have some experience in manual labor or similar fields
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles where you've had to persuade or convince customers
Ability to think on your feet and solve problems efficiently
Capable of lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record as you might need to travel to job sites
