All images are checked by a Registered Technologist PRIOR to completion of study and sending to PACS (Picture Archiving Communications System)
Qualification
Required
High School graduate or its equivalent
Currently enrolled in a Radiology Student program
Must have completed first year of the student program with passing grades
Remains current with Radiology competencies
Maintains hospital wide mandatory education
Follows the Medical Center's customer service standards
Meets the American Heart Association's standards for Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) and renews BLS every two years
