Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise voice and telephony solutions
Provide daily operations support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of voice systems
Mentor and guide junior telephony engineers
Conduct lifecycle management for voice hardware and software
Research and remediate security vulnerabilities; maintain system security documentation
Perform root cause analysis and incident resolution for complex telephony/network issues
Create engineering documentation, installation guides, and system drawings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience (10+ years)
10+ years of hands-on experience in telephony design, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Strong background with Cisco telephony (CUCM, Unity, UCCX, Session Manager)
Experience with Microsoft Phone System, Direct Routing, and Survivable Branch Appliances
Expertise in SIP, SRTP, RTP, T1, PRI, SSL, and certificate management
Knowledge of Cisco and Oracle Session Border Controllers, switches, routers, and firewalls
Proven ability to lead incident response and technical teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
