Responsibilities
Support daily operations — from scheduling and tracking tasks to organizing documents and maintaining spreadsheets
Handle a mix of projects: small office tasks, supply runs, light maintenance, data entry, and helping wherever you’re needed most
Learn and use AI tools — not just for writing, but for problem-solving, organizing information, and creating smarter workflows
Help improve efficiency across departments — think “How can we make this easier next time?”
Communicate clearly and kindly with teammates, parents, and providers
Stay curious and proactive — if you don’t know how to do something, you’re excited to teach yourself how
Qualification
Required
Organized and upbeat personality
Eager to learn and open to doing a little bit of everything
Ability to support daily operations including scheduling, tracking tasks, organizing documents, and maintaining spreadsheets
Comfortable handling a mix of projects including small office tasks, supply runs, light maintenance, data entry, and helping wherever needed
Willingness to learn and use AI tools for problem-solving, organizing information, and creating smarter workflows
Ability to communicate clearly and kindly with teammates, parents, and providers
Curiosity and proactivity in teaching oneself new skills
Love for organization, color-coded spreadsheets, and tidy systems
Tech-friendly and willing to explore new software or tools
Comfortable learning and applying AI to everyday tasks
Stellar communication skills and a bright, approachable personality
Initiative to spot what's needed and make it happen
