Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service while administering the sales and distribution of game tickets in person and by phone at Goodyear Ballpark
Balance cash and credit card receipts and tickets at the beginning and end of each shift
Provide information regarding pricing, availability, and seating locations throughout the ballpark
Troubleshoot customer mobile ticket issues

Required

At least one year of customer service experience
At least one year of cash handling or sales experience
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Ability to balance cash and credit card receipts and tickets at the beginning and end of each shift
Ability to provide information regarding pricing, availability, and seating locations throughout the ballpark
Ability to troubleshoot customer mobile ticket issues
Friendly, energetic, and attentive to both customers and details
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

General knowledge of smartphones and digital ticketing
Experience selling tickets through a ticketing system such as Tickets.com ProVenue
