Responsibilities
Assist with doctor message centers, appointment coordination, estimates, records, and referrals
Support specialty appointments and procedures, collaborating closely with DVMs
Work alongside the anesthesia team with sedations (minimal full anesthesia required)
Provide clear, compassionate client communication and education
Maintain accurate medical records and assist with patient discharges
Rotate between specialties, giving you exposure to a variety of cases and learning opportunities
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Veterinary Technician
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
A strong work ethic and a team-first mentality
Passion for patient care and client support
Preferred
