Responsibilities
Strengthen existing relationships with Realtors and Mortgage Lenders by providing exceptional client experiences to incoming referrals (leads)
Prospect and establish new Realtor and Mortgage Lender Relationships via calls, visits, networking to earn trust and additional referrals
Understand individual insurance needs, analyze options with over 30 “A” rated insurance companies, and provide a custom solution
Quote 30 new home & auto insurance packages a month, using existing systems, processes, and scripts to close at over 50%
Once a Producer has established themselves, they are eligible to take on additional leadership responsibilities
