Responsibilities
Doing maintenance, repair, replacement and fit-out work
Providing full scope of mechanical service work, including installing, servicing, trouble-shooting and repairing HVAC systems
Working with residential plumbing and basic knowledge of electrical systems
Qualification
Required
Experience as an HVAC Residential Service Technician
Ability to perform maintenance, repair, replacement and fit-out work
Must pass background check and drug screen
Capability to provide full scope of mechanical service work
Experience in installing, servicing, trouble-shooting and repairing HVAC systems
Knowledge of residential plumbing
Basic knowledge of electrical systems
Current valid driver's license
Diploma or GED
Reliable transportation
Own set of basic hand tools
Preferred
EPA Universal Certification
