Inside Sales Support Specialist

Signarama is the world’s largest sign and graphics franchise, and they are seeking a Customer Account Specialist / Front Office Administrator to join their team. This role involves customer service, project coordination, and marketing support, serving as the first point of contact for clients and ensuring smooth project management.

Responsibilities

Greet walk-in customers, answer phones, and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally

Prepare and deliver accurate sign and graphics estimates

Support outside sales staff with vendor quotes and purchasing for outsourced products

Coordinate project details with design, production, and installation teams

Manage permits, schedules, and customer communications throughout the project

Oversee quality control to ensure every job meets Signarama standards

Assist with marketing efforts including project photos, videos, and social media ideas

Maintain an organized, professional front office environment

Required

Customer service, estimating, purchasing, or project coordination experience (sign industry a plus)
