Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Effectively perform all carpet and air duct services the company offers. (Note: Compensation levels will reflect the skill level of the Technician. This is a sales and cleaning position and can earn high commissions)
Communicate effectively with customers
Perform basic cleaning services
Perform basic vehicle maintenance
Complete 2-3 jobs daily
Complete the technician’s daily log
Complete Work Orders
Upsell different services offered
Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles
Maintain inventory of related supplies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma (or GED)
Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units
Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity
