Responsibilities
Responsible for the day to day operation and maintenance of the Shinohara press
Inspects its printed sheets
Minor mechanical adjustments as necessary
Set-up for other shifts
Color to color registration and color matching
Meets production quality goals and waste goals
Maintains its cleanliness and operation
Ensure accuracy of printed material coming from the press
Qualification
Required
Must be able to stand, kneel, bend and walk for 8 - 10 hours a day
Must be able to lift 35 lbs regularly and 50 lbs on occasion
Must wear hearing protection on the production floor at all times
H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent
Above average mechanical reasoning skills needed
Must have attention to detail ability to be a team player good communication skills and a self-starter
Responsible for supplying technical direction based on an understanding of those business needs
Has ability to design and implement simple solutions to highly complex business challenges
