Responsibilities
Build technical relationships with customers of all sizes and operate as their trusted advisor
Work with AWS customers and industry domain experts to create the architectures for solutions to Life Science industry challenges
Design and build solutions, and continue to refine and scale them by working closely with AWS Professional Services, AWS Partners, and customers
Participate in the creation and sharing of best practices, technical content and new reference architectures (e.g. white papers, code samples, blog posts)
Evangelize and educate about AWS technology and industry trends (e.g. through workshops, user groups, meetups, public speaking, online videos or conferences)
Enjoy working with large, global customers as an active contributor to a diverse team
Have a passion for educating, training, designing, and building cloud solutions for a diverse and challenging set of Life Science enterprise customers
Take part in deep-dive education and design exercises to create world-class solutions built on AWS
Qualification
Required
8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
Experience leading or developing high quality, enterprise scale software products using a structured system development lifecycle
Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
Knowledge of cloud architecture
Preferred
5+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
Experience working with end user or developer communities
Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
