Facilities Technician
The Dynamic Fitness is a locally owned gym committed to providing an exceptional member experience through effective facilities and equipment maintenance. As a Facilities Technician, you will ensure the cleanliness, functionality, and safety of the gym's facilities while collaborating with the District Team and management.

Responsibilities

Complete daily tasks for cleanliness, safety, and functionality
Follow and enforce policies for efficient facility management
Inspect facilities daily, promptly addressing maintenance & equipment needs
Follow and enforce safety protocols by members and staff
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
Complete facility improvement projects, coordinating with the Director of Facilities and external contractors
Conduct and complete routine equipment maintenance to ensure proper functioning
Perform regular inspections and complete repairs or replacements as scheduled
Address member concerns related to facilities/equipment promptly
Collaborate with club teams to ensure a positive member experience
Maintain clear communication with staff, management, and members
Provide regular updates to senior management on facility operations
Aid in fostering a positive working environment
Help identify, establish, and manage external vendors related to facilities and equipment needs
Attend and participate in meetings as necessary or assigned
Qualification
Required

Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed
Preferred
Knowledge of company policies, emergency procedures, and safety regulations
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Highly organized, able to handle a multi-task environment
General understanding of computer skills (Email, Excel, Word)
Technical skills in equipment and building maintenance. HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing experience is a plus
Experience in maintenance, mechanical, or facilities roles, preferably in health club maintenance
