Responsibilities
Provide ongoing administration and support for SAP systems, including performing system refreshes, upgrades, and patches
Manage SAP client administration, system backups, database management, and user authorizations
Conduct regular system checks, updates, and patching to maintain the health of SAP environments
Perform daily monitoring of SAP systems, including reviewing logs, analyzing system alerts, and resolving issues promptly
Manage user accounts, roles, and profiles, ensuring proper authorization levels in line with security policies
Ensure SAP systems are compliant with security standards and implement best practices for user access control
Perform security audits, implement security patches, and monitor system vulnerabilities to ensure data protection
Ensure proper system configurations for optimal performance, including configuring SAP systems, instances, and application servers
Provide L1 and L2 support for SAP Fioneer software products
Qualification
