Quickly comprehend technical specifications and apply that understanding
Monitor and prioritize a high volume and time-sensitive order queue
Ensure source assets are restored and conformed as required
Validate video, audio and timed text media assets against a variety of client and internal specifications
Communicate and document internal rejections to the appropriate teams
Verify the integrity of deliverables and delivery package prior to servicing
Maintain servicing action logs as needed
Succinctly and efficiently handoff projects with next-up shifts
Operate with a high sense of urgency and discretion
Other tasks as needed to meet project deadlines
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience working with various formats of digital video sources and encoding
Expertise in Digital Portal specs
Ability to quickly comprehend technical specifications and apply that understanding
Ability to monitor and prioritize a high volume and time-sensitive order queue
Ability to ensure source assets are restored and conformed as required
Ability to validate video, audio and timed text media assets against a variety of client and internal specifications
Ability to communicate and document internal rejections to the appropriate teams
Ability to verify the integrity of deliverables and delivery package prior to servicing
Ability to maintain servicing action logs as needed
