Maintenance Technician III, Greater Atlanta Area

As a Maintenance Technician III, you will be responsible for maintaining the property, responding to service calls, and ensuring a high-quality living experience for residents through various maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities
Maintain the overall cleanliness and functionality of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, and shared spaces
Ensure trash is removed regularly from office areas, community perimeters, and trash chutes/compactors
Prepare units for new residents by supporting make-ready efforts—including trash removal and minor repairs
Clean and prepare available apartments and models to our standard of excellence
Troubleshoot and repair a range of maintenance issues, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry
Assist with maintenance needs across the community and escalate larger concerns to the Service or Community Manager
Maintain curb appeal through daily visual inspections and proactive upkeep
Support emergency response efforts including hazardous weather, flooding, or fire events
Keep the maintenance shop clean, organized, and stocked
Collaborate with office staff on community projects or resident needs as requested

Qualification
Required
