Transdev is a leader in mobility, operating transportation systems and maintaining fleets across the U.S. They are seeking a Facility Tech in Atlanta, GA who will perform routine and non-routine maintenance tasks, oversee vendor work, and ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

Performs routine facilities maintenance duties such as painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC repairs, and other related assignments

Performs routine preventative maintenance on equipment

Performs non-routine repairs to equipment

Oversees the work of repair and maintenance vendors

Uses tools and operate equipment needed to perform job functions; equipment includes cranes, forklifts, scissor lift etc

Assists with cleaning trucks, equipment, and grounds

Assists with moving furniture and equipment

Other duties as required

Required

High School Diploma or GED; Technical Degree preferred

3-5 years' experience

Excellent verbal, interpersonal and customer service skills

Problem-solving and analytical skills

Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed

Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed

Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to manipulate, handle or feel; reach with hands or arms; and talk or hear

Regularly required to lift up to 100 pounds
