Responsibilities

Perform routine and advanced maintenance and repairs independently or as part of a team
Diagnose and repair vehicle malfunctions, ensuring work meets dealership and factory standards
Assist with major repairs and collaborate with other technicians on complex issues
Communicate with parts department to obtain required components
Save and tag parts for warranty or customer requests
Complete detailed documentation for all repairs and warranty claims
Road test vehicles to verify repairs and performance
Stay current on manufacturer technical bulletins and specifications
Work as part of a team to meet customer needs and deliver exceptional service

Qualification

Diesel engine repairVehicle diagnosticsAutomotive experienceVocational trainingTeam collaboration

Required

High School Diploma or GED
1-3 months related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid Driver's License (must meet company insurability standards)

Preferred

Vocational/technical school training or equivalent
Automotive or medium/heavy-duty truck experience
