Malibu Boats is seeking an Assembly Technician responsible for installing parts to meet production goals while adhering to safety standards. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining cleanliness in the work area.

Responsibilities

Install parts-motors, consoles, lids, gunnel boards, hard tops, upholstery, helm seats, and tackle stations
Must be able to follow all safety rules and hazardous material guidelines
Able to follow directions
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to keep work area and nearby area clean at all times
All other duties as might be required

Qualification

Hand tools experienceElectrical experienceEnglish proficiencyDexterityTeamwork

Required

A High School Diploma or equivalent
Read/Write/Understand English
Experience with different types of hand tools
Some dexterity
Ability to work with others
Must be able to follow all safety rules and hazardous material guidelines
Able to follow directions
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to keep work area and nearby area clean at all times
Standing/walking for long period of times
Bending, kneeling (squatting), lifting, twisting continuously throughout the day
Have the ability to move heavy objectives

Preferred

Experience with electrical a plus
