Responsibilities

Follow all safety practices and rules to ensure equipment is operating in a safe manner

Perform preventative, predictive and emergency electrical maintenance on a variety of electrical and electronic systems

Implement process improvements and methods that will increase effectiveness and efficiencies

Use of standard and specialized tools and diagnostic equipment to properly assess and troubleshoot issues

Interpret electrical schematics, understanding technical manuals, and following written instructions

Maintain accurate records of projects including machine assembly, start up and installation

Participate in daily meetings, prioritizing and reviewing the daily schedule of work

Operate fork lift trucks, man lifts, and cranes

Required

High School Diploma or GED and at least three years of experience performing electrical system and machine maintenance in a manufacturing and industrial environment or an Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Engineering Technology or other electrical program

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capability

Strong communication skill with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams

Self-motivated, highly organized and able to multi-task

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
