Highest level of licensure in the State of Tennessee (Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT), Paramedic, Licensure in Progress, Not Licensed in Tennessee, I do not currently hold a license)
Able to meet the physical requirements of this position, including lifting, standing for extended periods, or other duties outlined in the job description
Willing to undergo a background check, including a criminal history check, if required for this position
Have a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record, as required for this position
Able to pass a physical and drug screen administered by a licensed physician, as required for this position
