They are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Make-Ready Technician to join their team, playing a critical role in apartment maintenance and ensuring units are ready for occupancy.

Responsibilities

Complete Make-Ready apartment maintenance in an accurate and timely manner

Complete assigned work orders in compliance with company standard

Assist with building and common area maintenance

Participate in Preventative Maintenance Program and assist with organizing and tracking of property equipment

Qualification

Multi-family maintenance experienceGeneral maintenance knowledgeBuilding codes knowledgeCustomer service skillsCommunication skills

Required

1 year of multi-family maintenance experience

Ability to use tools necessary to prepare units for occupancy per company standards

Knowledge of general maintenance(i.e. electrical, plumbing and appliance repair)

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills

Prior knowledge of various building codes

Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
