Responsibilities
Lead and supervise our skilled field crew in the operation, maintenance, and repair of water systems
Coordinate daily assignments, respond to emergencies, and make sure every drop gets where it needs to go
Ensure compliance with safety standards, city codes, and best practices
Use your knowledge, leadership, and resourcefulness to solve problems in the field and in the office
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
3-5 years' experience in water distribution, treatment, or production
1-3 years' experience in lead or supervisory experience
Possession of Grade III Water Distribution or Grade III Water Treatment Certification issued by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) at hire
Possession of a valid Commercial Driver License Class B with a Tanker Endorsement at hire
Preferred
Experience in water utilities, public works, or field operations
Strong leadership skills (coach, mentor, motivator)
Familiar with water systems, safety protocols, and field equipment
Great communicator with a hands-on attitude
Team player attitude and safety minded
Can handle heat, pressure, and the occasional unexpected geyser
