Responsibilities
Assemble, wire, and test high-quality electrical control panels
Interpret complex schematics and technical documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve intricate electrical and mechanical issues
Mentor junior technicians and foster a collaborative team culture
Work closely with engineering and production teams to refine designs and improve processes
Maintain thorough documentation and uphold strict safety and compliance standards
Qualification
Required
8+ years proven experience in electrical field and/or panel assembly
Knowledge of Electrical Standards, panel assembly & setup
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and successfully layout equipment according to prints
Knowledge of welding and automated assembly
Preferred
High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
