Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical training in automotive repair or body shop work is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an automotive body shop environment
Proven track record of successfully completing vehicle body repairs and refinishing tasks
Proficient in using body shop tools and equipment, including sanders, welders, and paint sprayers
Strong understanding of automotive repair techniques and vehicle structural components
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and repair instructions
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve body repair issues
Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and provide updates to supervisors
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
