Provide hands-on experience in the execution phase of store development
Deepen understanding of construction, permitting, and vendor coordination
Foster leadership and problem-solving skills in real-world settings
Assist field managers with site inspections and contractor coordination
Participate in pre-construction meetings and punch list reviews
Document field progress and report on project milestones
Lead a mini-project
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business or related field
Strong, clear and concise communication and writing skills
Exceptional attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills
Ability to independently lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
