Responsibilities

Operate Siemens MRI equipment and apply knowledge of Radiology Information Systems, PACSs, and digital data transfer processes under the direction of a radiologist and the supervision of a department supervisor
Use expertise in MRI technology to assist with the diagnosis of rare and complex cases
Expand knowledge alongside the most highly respected professionals in the field

Qualification

NYS License in Radiologic TechnologyARRT certification in MRIGraduate of approved school of Radiography2 years imaging experienceBCLS certificateBreast MRI experienceEnglish communicationInterpersonal skills

Required

Graduate of approved school of Radiography
NYS License in Radiologic Technology
Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in MRI
BCLS certificate required (or produced within 6 months)

Preferred

Minimum 2 years of experience in imaging with at least one year experience in MRI preferred
Breast MRI experience preferred
Good English communication and interpersonal skills
