They are seeking a Project Coordinator Intern for a summer internship focused on project controls within convenience store development, providing hands-on experience and exposure to various functional areas of the company.

Responsibilities
Introduce intern to the tools, processes, and methodologies used in project controls for convenience store development
Build foundational skills in cost tracking, schedule management, and performance reporting
Provide exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Real Estate, Entitlements and Construction teams
Assist in developing and maintaining project data integrity in existing tools – for example, Unifier
Support cost tracking and forecasting efforts for active development projects
Analyze historical data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
Participate in project review meetings and contribute to variance analysis and reporting
Complete a project controls dashboard or reporting tool as a capstone assignment
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business or related field
Strong, clear and concise communication and writing skills
Exceptional attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills
Ability to independently lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
