Responsibilities

Working within the paint line/mixing room
Maximizing efficiencies while ensuring quality
Control paint mixing/changeovers
Inventory control
Keep the paint mixing room neat and clean
6S of area
Follow standard operating procedures when using tools and equipment such as dual-action sanders and paint sprayers
Follow standard operating procedures when using sealants, paint strippers, and corrosion-preventive chemicals and use protective equipment as required

Follow all recycling programs
Able to work different hours and shifts as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Use required safety equipment
Preventative maintenance within the paint line as assigned
Requires working in high temperature/humidity environment
