Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on gasoline vehicles
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic equipment and service manuals
Repair or replace components such as engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, and driveline systems
Perform tire mounting services
Maintain accurate service records, parts usage logs, and repair documentation
Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders to plan and execute work efficiently
Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and OSHA regulations, including proper use of PPE
Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and customers regarding repair status and recommendations
Assist with road calls and emergency repairs when required
Qualification
Required
Experience as an Automotive Mechanic
Ability to manage a fleet of vehicles
Experience with Ford Transits, F-150s, and Explorers
Ability to diagnose, maintain, and repair a variety of vehicles and light to heavy-duty equipment
Ability to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on gasoline vehicles
Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic equipment and service manuals
Ability to repair or replace components such as engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, and driveline systems
Ability to perform tire mounting services
Ability to maintain accurate service records, parts usage logs, and repair documentation
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders
Knowledge of company safety policies and OSHA regulations
