They are seeking a Franchise Sales and Systems Intern to gain experience in the Franchising Department, assisting with various functions including marketing, recruiting, and supporting franchisees.

Responsibilities

Shadow all functions within the Franchising Department. This includes shadowing and learning more about the marketing, recruiting and franchising process along with the admin side to support stores

Active participant of the Zone Development team by assisting with sourcing traditional Franchisees, qualifying and approving candidates for all Franchises

Work with Field Ops and Training to provide additional support mechanisms for candidates entering the Franchise system

Requests and reviews various documents and information to determine suitability of applicants

Schedules Franchisee for training and monitors Franchisee's progress throughout the training period
