New Grad, Entry LevelMcGriff Tire & Service is a stable and growing organization that specializes in tire services. They are seeking a Foam Filling Technician to operate modern computerized technology for pumping foam into tire assemblies, ensuring high-quality flat proofing services for customers.
Travel
Responsibilities
Foaming Equipment start up, shut down, operations and clean-up for the following
AutoFil GenII Foam Filling Machine
Graco Pump
Simple programming of TyrFil Machines
Follow established McGriff work instructions to ensure properly foam mix and pressurization
Maintain clean and orderly work area
Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor
Qualification
Required
Basic tire knowledge helpful
Positive attitude, self-motivated
Reading comprehension skills
Willingness to work within other areas if/as needed
Ability to work overtime as needed
Ability to lift, pull, or push 50 pounds frequently, 100 pounds occasionally
Ability to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull and reach without difficulty
Ability to kneel, bend over and back
Standing continuously throughout the shift
Must be tolerable to required PPE (Face-shield, apron, protective sleeves, and rubber gloves)
Must have clean MVR, Drug Test, pass DOT physical
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
