Responsibilities
Greet visitors, ascertain the nature of the business, promote City events, amenities, and activities to the public
Provide information regarding the Three Sisters Springs and its history, West Indian Manatees, Florida wildlife, local ecotourism opportunities and general information regarding the Crystal River and Citrus County
Complete ticket sales (credit card and cash transactions) in person
Perform cash & credit transactions: handling money, making correct change, and maintaining an accurate cash drawer
Assists the Director of Visitor Services in fulfilling day-to-day staffing and management needs for the Three Sisters Springs Center and the Front Gate Ticket Booth of Three Sisters Springs Wildlife Refuge
Receive and resolve visitor complaints and issues as required, reporting all complaints to the Director
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
One (1) year of customer services experience. A comparable amount of training, education or experience can be substituted for the minimum qualifications
