Responsibilities
Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to turf, ornamental beds, and plant material according to best practices and safety standards
Diagnose and treat plant health issues including nutrient deficiencies, pests, and diseases
Operate and maintain application equipment (sprayers, spreaders, etc.)
Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings to clients and internal teams
Collaborate with account managers and crew leaders to ensure timely, effective service delivery
Uphold safety protocols and environmental stewardship in all field operations
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape fertilization and pest control
Strong knowledge of turf and ornamental plant care, common pests, and disease prevention
Clean and valid Florida driver's license (required)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and time management skills
Preferred
Florida CPCO license (preferred but not required)
