As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of appliances, while also identifying prospects for additional services to expand the customer base.

Responsibilities

Expertly install home appliances and equipment
Accurately diagnose and repair appliances and equipment within customers' homes
Provide comprehensive cost estimates for repairs and installations, and efficiently collect payment or payment information from customers for services rendered
Ensure the economical use of materials while maintaining the company vehicle and equipment in optimal condition
Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as necessary
Undertake other duties as required, which may include cross-training in related positions

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Possession of a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
Must be at least 18 years old
Proficiency in using tablet-based technology
Capability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds occasionally, without the need for assistance, along with the physical stamina to perform demanding tasks under varying conditions
Flexibility to accommodate variable hours (weekends not required)
