Responsibilities
Effectively lead and supervise children in daily program activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
Actively participate in and maintain a positive attitude towards all activities
Teach and assist in teaching various skills and activities to participants, as well as homework assistance
Manage minor behavior issues as they arise and communicate effectively with parents/guardians when necessary
Assist in ensuring areas used by CCRC participants are organized and cleaned
Qualification
Required
Candidates should be at least 18 years old
This position requires drug testing and background check prior to employment
Demonstrate a strong commitment to the values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility
Possess a consistently high energy level, bursts of creativity, a healthy dose of humor, and the ability to recognize and nurture children
Exhibit superior communication, organization, problem-solving, team-building, and flexibility skills
