Responsibilities

Independently lead program curriculum and administrative projects
Facilitate program direction and supervise junior staff
Monitor and enforce policies, rules, and safety regulations governing the conduct of patrons and staff
Independently leads participants in activities and/or may monitor activities led by other staff
Communicates with patrons in alignment with Youth program standards
May perform higher-level clerical functions such as drafting incident reports and maintaining documentation
Leads participants in activities & directs facility use as assigned

Required

Youth Activity Lead: Age: 18
Youth Activity Lead: Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Youth Activity Lead: Experience: Six months paid experience leading recreation programs or similar work
Youth Activity Site Attendant III: Age: 16
Youth Activity Site Attendant III: Education: One year of high school
Youth Activity Site Attendant III: Experience: Six months paid experience leading recreation programs or similar work
Youth Activity Site Attendant II: Age: 15
